What helps us give you a straight answer.
None of this is required — a sentence about what you are thinking is enough to start. But the more of it we have, the less guessing there is on the first visit.
- The room or the area as it is now, including the parts you are not happy with. Wide shots are more useful than close-ups.
- Anything you already have — an architect’s drawings, a survey, or a sketch on paper. All of it helps.
- Not enough room, a failing surface, damage, or a house that no longer suits how you live. The reason usually shapes the right answer.
- Age of the house, previous work done, known problems, or a timeframe you are working to.
What happens next: we read it, come back to you with any questions, and arrange to walk the property. Scope and sequence go in writing before any work is booked — we do not price substantial construction without seeing it.
