Cary, and the
towns around it.
Based in Cary, working across Southern Wake County and the wider Triangle.
Seven towns, one contractor.
Wherever the house is, the work is run the same way: walked first, scoped and priced in writing, and built as one project.
Cary
Our base, and where most of our work is. Every service page on this site is written for Cary.
Older housing, on average, than the towns to the south, under the City of Oaks' mature trees — restoration, structural repair and crawlspaces lead here.
Apex
Next door to Cary, with much of its housing built since the 2000s.
Holly Springs
Southern Wake County, a short drive from Cary, with mostly newer neighborhoods.
Fuquay-Varina
The southern edge of the area we serve, with the newest housing of any town on this list.
Morrisville
Between Cary and Research Triangle Park.
Garner
Southeast of Raleigh, with older housing than Apex, Holly Springs or Fuquay-Varina.
The rules depend on where the house is.
Which office a project’s permits go through depends on the town the property is in — or on Wake County, for a house outside town limits. We confirm the jurisdiction first and prepare what the project requires, rather than assuming.
Some streets add a step. Exterior changes in Raleigh’s historic districts, such as Oakwood and Boylan Heights, need a Certificate of Appropriateness before work begins, on top of any other permits.
